You are given the opportunity to talk through some of the problems you are experiencing in your life, and work out some useful ways of coping with stresses and anxieties.

Stress management can really help us pinpoint where the "sticking points" are in our lives, and offers strategies for reassessing priorities and coping better.

Sometimes simply "talking things through" with someone else can help us see the situation more clearly. When we are going through difficult times, it can be hard to see the bigger picture. Stress Management can give us an overview, and provide some ways of navigating through choppy waters.

These sessions also offer practical advice on such matters as poor sleep, anxiety and poor concentration, and offer helpful ways you can tweak your daily diet and routine to minimize the stress load on your body, and allow yourself to feel better.

If you wish, you can end the session with some gentle Healing or Reiki to refresh and restore you.

Sessions last about one hour.
